Kent Riley lived a life inspired by service to others. Whether through his work at Massachusetts General Hospital, or while coaching his beloved Lexington/Bedford youth hockey teams, he used his great intellect and even bigger heart to support the people and causes most important to him.

Kent's family and friends created the Kent J. Riley Charitable Fund, a federally recognized 501(c)(3) organization, to honor the spirit in which Kent lived his life, and to help raise the next generation of helping hands. The Fund has established a college scholarship fund designed for local high school athletes planning to enter into STEM or health related fields of study. The Fund also seeks to provide financial assistance to local hospice organizations, so that they may continue their incredibly important (and often underfunded) work. Both avenues of giving support Kent's desire to improve the lives of others in the community he loved.
